步驟：

1. 開啟 VPN（建議選台灣）
   1. 打開 https://aistudio.google.com/ → 選Nano banana
      
      
   2. 或打開Gemini 網頁：https://gemini.google.com/app → 點Tool選擇 🍌 Create Image 功能
      
      
      
   3. 點加號上傳參考圖+自拍+提示詞。

      1. 紅色字可改其他名
      2. 多試幾張不同角度的自拍，有時正面相都未必Work～多試幾張相！
   5. 提示詞（Prompt）：
